Stephen Todd F.R.I.C.S, M.C.I. Arb

Stephen is one of the founding directors of Todd Milburn Partnership and is a Fellow of the RICS. He has over 37 years experience in the industry with Quantity Surveying and Project Management expertise on major commercial and leisure developments. He was in charge of setting up the companies Quality Management system and continues to be principal auditor.
Landmark projects include Newcastle Arena, Blyth Community College and Newcastle Falcons Stadium.

Reg Milburn BSc, LLB, F.R.I.C.S.

Reg is one of the two founder members of Todd Milburn and was also instrumental in the incorporation of the company in 2008. He is a graduate in both surveying and law and is a Fellow of the RICS.
In his career of over 30 years Reg has successfully managed a wide variety of commissions in all sectors of the property market. He has a wealth of experience in Cost Management and Project Management and has recently delivered projects in health, retail, education, housing and historic buildings.

Colin Anderson M.R.I.C.S, DipQS, MIOD

Colin has been in the Construction Industry for 30 years. He initially trained and worked for a major Contractor before moving into a private practice, he also ran his own business for a number of years. Colin joined TMP in 1992, becoming a Partner in 2004. Colins role includes both Quantity Surveying and Project Management and is currently very active in the Care Home Industry. He is responsible for general office management within the company.

Paul Carmichael BSc(Hons), M.R.I.C.S.

Paul joined Todd Milburn in 1989 and has been a Director since 2008. He has 24 years experience in the Construction Industry as both Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. Paul is also a qualified and experienced CDM Co-ordinator and is the Director in charge of Health and Safety Services. He has experience in all aspects of Cost Management and Project Management and worked in all sectors with extensive knowledge of the Public Sector and Framework Agreements.
